Ages: 18 months (walking) – 2.5 years
Parent-Tot is designed to keep you and your little one active! This class will allow you and your child to meet others, learn stretching routines together, sing songs, and help your little one get comfortable with the gymnastics equipment. This is more of a “child-led” class with built in structure. During classes we will work on: warm-up’s, short stations and obstacle courses that touch on gymnastic skills, coordination, balance and so much more.
Ages: 2.5-3 years (Completion of 1 Parent-Tot session is preferred)
Tiny-tot classes are designed to keep your child active in class without a parent. Parents will be able to watch comfortably from our sitting area. This separation, though it may be hard for some, is key to our students learning to listen to their teachers and to interact/play with others their age. Tiny-tot classes include a slightly more structured session than parent-tot. Sessions will focus on expanding their attention spans and having fun! Skills include: obstacle courses, songs and other movement activities that promote balance, coordination, rhythm, body awareness and more!
Ages: 3-5 years
Classes are designed to teach body awareness, eye-hand coordination, rhythm, along with gymnastics skills through the USA Gymnastics (USAG) program. Skills are taught through play and independent exploration and focus on gaining independence, taking turns, following directions and creating confidence. These are great classes for students to let energy out in a positive, structured and fun environment.
